Conditions of participation
LinkedIn prize draw – free ticket for RAPS Confergence 2023 in Montreal
1) The free ticket draw is carried out by AKRA TEAM GmbH, Am Penzinger Feld 17a, 86899 Landsberg am Lech, represented by the CEO Dr. Bassil Akra.
2) The free ticket draw is not affiliated with LinkedIn and is not sponsored or promoted by LinkedIn.
3) By participating, the user accepts the conditions of participation.
4) Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate, if one of these conditions is fulfilled: Person is working for a medical device manufacturer or IVD manufacturer or distributor or importer or authorized representative or law office or competent authority or notified body or academia. Students are eligible to participate too. Consultants and AKRA TEAM employees are excluded from the draw.
5) The free ticket draw takes place on the LinkedIn page of AKRA TEAM GmbH (https://www.linkedin.com/company/akra-team-gmbh/). To participate, the participant must be a follower of AKRA TEAM GmbH on LinkedIn and must like the LinkedIn post via the Like button. If both are fulfilled, a user is automatically entered into the draw.
6) The free ticket draw starts on August 17 and ends on August 31, 2023 at 23:59 German time. Subsequently, the winner will be randomly selected and notified via LinkedIn private message. The winner drawn and informed must provide his contact details (email address, name, address, zip code, city, cell phone number) for the purpose of processing the prize and agrees that this data will be stored as part of this draw. The winning code for redeeming the free ticket will then be sent to the winner.
7) The data provided will be used exclusively for sending the prize. The user can request information about his data stored by us at any time.
8) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
9) Upon consent of the winner, the winner will be named on the LinkedIn page of AKRA TEAM GmbH.
10) We reserve the right to shorten, change or even completely cancel the free ticket draw at any time due to extraordinary circumstances.
11) If the winner does not answer AKRA TEAM GmbH with requested contact details by September 9, 2023, a new winner will be determined according to the same selection procedure as described above.
